We are happy to schedule small jobs during the weekends if a homeowner cannot take time off work to be onsite during the repair. We treat every job just like we are working on our own homes. We will never ask you to be happy with something that we wouldn't be happy with in our homes.
All quotes come in writing and are delivered via email. Quotes will almost always end up exactly as quoted. The only reason for a change is if a customer requests a change or we find something that we could not have known about after starting the repair. Any changes would be immediately discussed before the work is done.
